A Couple More Tidbits on Sunday School

Okay, I'm having a little trouble figuring out how to link correctly, but if you click on the paragraphs below, they'll take you to the article and blog post talked about.

I read this article a year or so ago and thought the family aspect of children's ministry was dealt with well. Good quotes: "Fun is great and important in a kid's life, but not at the cost of diminishing the presence of the living God." and "What they yearn for is usually very different than what they say they want.... Our children yearn to know and relate truly to God."

This is a blog post by a lady who successfully used Charlotte Mason principles in her churches after-school program.

I agree wholeheartedly. So, how do we make it happen in our own church family? We need a coffee chat soon. :-)
