I decided to start a new blog to contain any educational posts I write. "Delightful Education" is found at www.delightfuleducation.blogspot.com. The kids are helpful guinea pigs in this endeavor, so there will be lots about what is working in teaching them. I also love to share helpful resources that inspire and excite me. And I will share much about Charlotte Mason since her methods are the heart and soul of our homeschool journey.
Elizabeth and I went to the Cozy Tea for a little tea and Secret Keeper Girl devo. I loved the tea sets around the store and some of the old fashioned pictures on the wall. It was quite a popular place ~ we even saw a lady from church with her daughter. The lady used to teach Elizabeth in Sunday School, so it was very neat for Elizabeth to see her again.
I had Irish Cream tea with a strawberry truffle, and Elizabeth had strawberry tea with a black raspberry truffle.
I grew up without a TV, and now my kids are using cutting-edge devices.
Oldest and youngest are quite the pair.
